What Guides Us

Principles that shape every appointment

Every claim we handle is guided by the same set of principles — the same principles that have earned the trust of insurers, brokers and corporate clients across the region for over a decade.

Our Process

From notification to settlement

01

Notification

A loss is reported and an adjuster is appointed to the file.

02

Inspection

Our adjuster attends site to assess damage and gather evidence.

03

Assessment

Loss quantum is calculated against policy terms and conditions.

04

Settlement

A final report is issued to support prompt claim resolution.
